Experience the power of sound healing with Third Eye Expressions and Tri-Care Assisted Yoga. Our Assisted Yoga and Sound Healing session will guide you through a relaxing, therapeutic experience. Tom will be helping you stretch out the tension while you relax to the soothing sounds of the ocean drum, tongue drum, crystal bowls, koshi chimes, and more. This session is perfect for helping you align your body, mind, and spirit.
